Refund & Cancellation Policy

We keep this simple and fair. This policy applies to Basic and Pro subscriptions purchased on carbonsketch.in via Razorpay.

Refunds

First-time subscriptions: if CarbonSketch isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full — no questions asked. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.
Renewal payments: renewals are not refundable. To avoid an unwanted renewal, cancel before your billing date (see below).
Duplicate or erroneous charges: if you were charged twice or charged incorrectly, we will refund the erroneous amount in full. Contact us with the payment reference.

Refund requests outside these conditions are handled case by case; email us and we'll do our best to be reasonable.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to reflect in your account.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, or by emailing us. When you cancel:

you keep full access until the end of your current billing period;
you will not be charged again;
your projects remain available within Free tier limits (or for export) after your paid period ends.

Cancelling does not trigger a refund for the current period unless you are within the 7-day first-payment window above.
